1/2 cup blueberries
1 banana
1/4 avocado
2 stalks of kale (leaves only)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp raw honey
1 tsp maca powder
1 tsp ground chia seeds
1 scoop of yogurt
Add milk and or water to desired thickness and blend
