Healthy Granola Bites

3 very ripe bananas
2 cups oats
1/2 cup dried cranberries or other dried fruit
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/2 nuts (I used chopped walnuts)
1/4 cup carob chips
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla

oatmeal bites

In a medium bowl mash bananas and combine with the rest of the ingredients. Let mixture sit for 15 minutes, then pre-heat oven to 350. While the oven is heating up, roll mixture into small balls, and press into flattened shape on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.

Makes two dozen.
