Curried Broccoli Salad

Broccoli Salad

6 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup red onion diced
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup sunflower seeds

3/4 cup plain yogurt
1-2 tsp curry powder
2 tbs apple cider vinegar
1/8 cup sugar
pinch of salt

Combine broccoli, onion, raisins and sunflower seeds in a large bowl. In a small bowl mix together yogurt, curry, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture, toss together to coat, and let sit for a few hours or overnight.
