3/4 cup butter
1/3 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup cold water
1 cup white flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup oats
1/2 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup chocolate chips or carob chips
In a large mixing bowl combine butter and sugars together then add eggs, vanilla, and water. Mix together flour, baking soda, and salt and add to mixture. Add to the batter oats, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut and chocolate chips. Measure out dough in heaping teaspoons onto a non-stick or greased pan. Bake a 350 for 12 to 15 minutes.
