6 cups broccoli florets 1/2 cup red onion diced 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 3/4 cup plain yogurt 1-2 tsp curry powder 2 tbs apple cider vinegar 1/8 cup sugar pinch of salt Combine broccoli, onion, raisins and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
