
Cauliflower Buffalo Wings

Ingredients: 1 head of cauliflower 1 cup chickpea flour 1 cup water 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp melted butter 1/2 cup hot sauce Directions: Preheat oven to 450F. Chop cauliflower into bite sized pieces. In a large bowl, combine flour, water, garlic powder and salt. Toss in cauliflower and mix until completely covered in batter.
