
Simple Vegetarian Lasagna

1 pkg lasagna noodles 3 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce (homemade or 650 ml jar of your favourite) 1 pkg veggie ground round 1 bunch fresh chopped spinach (or 1 pkg of frozen chopped) 500 g cottage cheese (1 small container) 3 cups mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup grated parmesan Spread spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
