
Ginger and Spice Chard

Ingredients: 1 bunch or about 10 stalks of chard 1 tbs olive oil 2 tsp ginger 1 jalapeno Salt and pepper Directions: Separate chard leaves from the stems, chopping leaves and finely dicing stems. Mince ginger and finely slice the jalapeno. In a large pan, heat olive oil and add chard stems, ginger, and jalapeno and cook over medium heat until the chard stems are soft (3-5 minutes).
