2 ripe bananas 1 cup oat flour 1 tsp baking soda 2 scoops vanilla protein powder 3 egg whites 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce 1 cup plain non fat greek yogurt 1 tbs maple syrup 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 tsp cinnamon pinch of salt Preheat oven to 350.
